Yes, all packs in our store are opened and recorded the moment they arrive at our warehouse. As soon as you order you can watch the recording of the pack opening. The pack is immediately placed in your cartapacks vault, ready to ship whenever you want.

That's our job. We can guarantee it. Every pack we list comes from authorized distributors or retailers we've built relationships with. We put our name on every pack we sell.

We could, in theory. But you'd notice. Pull rates are public, the videos stay up, and anyone opening packs at scale spots the drift quickly. One good card isn't worth the trust we'd lose the day someone did the math.

No. We do not source loose packs. In most cases the product comes in sealed boxes, then we open the whole thing in one continuous take, from the first pack to the last, on camera. For products that don't come boxed, we adapt the recording accordingly. Either way, every pack we record becomes its own listing on the site.

They come with the cards: whatever was in the pack ships with the pack. We can't always guarantee the codes are visible on the video, but they're in there.

The recording starts on the sealed pack. We open it on camera and fan the cards. Most run less than a minute. See a sample.

Right after your order, they wait in your vault until you decide to ship them. Pick the address from your account, and we dispatch worldwide. Tracking and insurance are available depending on the destination country.

You can trade them in instead. The valuable cards in each pack convert to cartapacks store credit at ~70% of market price, usable on any future pack. We resell the cards as singles. No mailer, no customs.

Vault storage is free. By default packs sit there for 6 months, with options from 1 to 12 months in your storage settings. Past the threshold, packs auto-trade-in for store credit. We email you 30 days beforehand so you have plenty of time to decide whether to ship or trade manually first.

Yes, and it's the recommended way. As you buy and watch, your packs stack up in your vault. When you're ready, ship them all in a single mailer and pay shipping just once.

In most cases, yes. If your country charges import fees on incoming parcels, they will be collected by the courier upon delivery. We never collect import fees at checkout.

We have an import fees calculator for a rough estimate by country. It covers the import tax piece; the courier may add their own handling fee on top.

Yes. Refunds are available until any pack video from your order has been watched. After that, the packs are yours and the order is final.

Reach out and tell us what's going on. If your shipment was insured, we file with the courier and they cover up to what you paid. Without insurance there's no claim to file, but we still want to know.
