Every video starts with the pack still in its original factory wrap, untouched. We source directly from authorized distributors and from local game stores near you. No resealed inventory under any circumstance.
Yes. The cards on screen are the cards we ship, every one of them. Each pack and its pulls are labelled with the same code so they stay together from the recording desk to your mailbox. No swaps, no replacements.
They come with the cards. We never separate redemption or QR codes from the pack they were pulled from. If you trade your pack in for store credit instead of shipping it, the codes go to whoever buys the singles afterwards.
Filmed at 1080p in good light, no edits, no cuts. The recording starts on the sealed pack and ends on the cards laid out on the table. Most openings run between one and three minutes depending on the pack type and what comes out of it.
After purchase your cards live in your cartapacks vault. Whenever you’re ready, you trigger shipping from your account, where you set the address and pick a shipping option. We ship worldwide and dispatch within a couple of business days. Tracking and shipping insurance up to $200 are available depending on the option you choose.
Two options. Just leave them in your vault as long as you want, no deadline. Or trade them in: your account gets cartapacks store credit usable on any future rip, we keep the cards and resell them as singles. Both skip the shipping.
Yes, and it's the recommended way. As you buy and watch, the cards stack in your vault. When you're ready, ship them all in a single mailer and pay shipping just once. The vault has no deadline.
Depends on your country. We ship from Hong Kong with the real declared value on the customs form. EU and UK customers usually see VAT applied at delivery. The US, Canada, Australia, and most other countries depend on local import thresholds. If your courier asks for anything, you pay them directly — we don't collect duties at checkout.
Yes. As long as you haven't watched the video, contact us and we refund the full order. Once you've watched, the cards are yours and the opening is final.
